Feats are abilities that give the
players the edge whether in combal, casting, or in their skills. Some feats
require will power to activate and some won't. Some are passive and always active. Some have a
requiement DC check but the cool thing about this is, if you fail you
lose no will power, and return to the roll you made to try pass the
skill sheck with no other modifiers from the feat. Most feats have a plus and a minus to using them to balace the use out and not seem over powering.
